Which ODUN model should I choose? +

Choose ODUN if you want the original full-size painted 430 stainless steel model for base-camp, backyard, family, or vanlife use. Choose ODUN LS if you want the same full-size format in 304 stainless steel. Choose ODUN S if you want the compact 304 stainless steel model with one 750 ml water tank and an included carry bag.

How does preorder work? +

Place your preorder through Shopify checkout. You can choose a 20% deposit or pay in full. Your preorder reserves your place in the next ODUN production batch, and your order confirmation is sent by email after checkout.

When is the remaining balance due? +

If you choose the 20% deposit option, the remaining balance is collected when your fulfillment batch is ready. CALINFI will email you before balance collection.

Does paying in full ship earlier? +

Paying in full means no remaining balance is due later. It does not guarantee earlier shipment unless CALINFI separately confirms an earlier-shipment program in writing.

When will my preorder ship? +

Current estimated batch window is Q4. This is an estimated fulfillment window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production and fulfillment updates will be shared by email before shipment.

Where do you ship for the first paid preorder launch? +

The first paid preorder launch is planned for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada are not included in the first launch scope.

How much is shipping? +

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Launch orders in the contiguous 48 states are planned with subsidized standard shipping; final available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel my preorder? +

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund until your shipping label is created. This applies to both 20% deposit and pay-in-full preorders.

Can I return my order after delivery? +

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective? +

Contact CALINFI within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and packaging photos. Depending on the issue, CALINFI may provide a replacement part, exchange, or refund.

What warranty is included? +

CALINFI products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase or order number is required for warranty claims.

Can ODUN be used indoors or inside a tent? +

No. ODUN is a real wood-burning outdoor appliance. Do not use it indoors. Any shelter-adjacent use requires a stove-compatible setup, correct chimney routing, ventilation, fireproof clearance, and carbon monoxide precautions.

Which accessories fit my model? +

Accessory compatibility depends on the ODUN model. ODUN and ODUN LS share full-size accessories. ODUN S uses small-model length variants for the straight pipe and spark arrestor. All current ODUN stove models use an 8 cm / 80 mm pipe diameter. The cast iron grill fits ODUN and ODUN LS, not ODUN S.

Are taxes, duties, and shipping included? +

Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout when available. Eligible U.S. preorder orders are intended to ship domestically from a U.S. fulfillment warehouse after the batch is ready, so no import duties should be due at delivery for eligible U.S. orders.
