These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from the CALINFI store. By using this site, placing an order, placing a preorder, or contacting CALINFI, you agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information.

Products and preorder information

CALINFI sells ODUN outdoor wood-fire cooking and warmth systems, accessories, spare parts, and related products. Product descriptions, prices, availability, preorder terms, shipping information, and specifications may change as production, inventory, logistics, and compliance details are confirmed.

When a product is offered as a preorder or deposit preorder, checkout will show the payment due at checkout and related purchase-option information. For 20% deposit preorders, the remaining balance is collected when the fulfillment batch is ready. Pay-in-full preorders have no remaining balance later.

Deposit and pay-in-full preorders may be cancelled for a full refund until the shipping label is created.

Outdoor use and safety

ODUN products are wood-burning outdoor appliances. Use products only according to the user documentation, local laws, fire rules, clearance requirements, ventilation requirements, and safety instructions. Do not use ODUN indoors. Any stove-compatible shelter use must include correct chimney routing, ventilation, fireproof clearance, and carbon monoxide precautions.

Orders, pricing, and availability

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where information is inaccurate, payment cannot be processed, inventory or preorder availability changes, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfillment is not available for the destination. If an order is cancelled after payment, the paid amount will be handled according to the applicable refund policy and payment-provider rules.

Shipping, taxes, and duties

Shipping options, taxes, duties, import fees, and delivery timing depend on the destination, product, checkout settings, fulfillment path, and applicable law. Eligible first-launch U.S. preorder orders are planned for the contiguous 48 states and domestic U.S. fulfillment after the batch is ready.

Site content

All CALINFI brand, product, photography, video, copy, design, and site content is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or misuse CALINFI content without permission.
