Thank you for your support of CALINFI and the ODUN outdoor stove system. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Current Orders Are Preorders

At this stage, all orders placed through the CALINFI store are preorders. Your order secures your place in our production queue, but products are not yet available for immediate shipment. We are actively working through production and will communicate updates as they become available.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your product will not ship immediately.

2. Estimated Shipping Timeline

We are not able to provide a guaranteed or fixed shipping date at this time. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be communicated to preorder customers via email as production milestones are reached. We are committed to transparency and will keep you informed of any developments that may affect your expected ship date.

Please do not place an order if you require delivery by a specific date, as we cannot guarantee timing.

3. Shipping Notification

When your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier handling your shipment
  • A link to track your package

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order has not yet been dispatched. Please do not contact us for shipping updates unless you have received an estimated fulfillment window from us directly.

4. Global Shipping

CALINFI ships to customers worldwide. We are committed to delivering ODUN stoves to outdoor enthusiasts across the globe. However, international shipping is subject to factors outside our control, including carrier capacity, customs processing times, and local postal infrastructure.

We cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments. Estimated transit times will be provided at the time of fulfillment notification, but these are estimates only.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees and are entirely outside CALINFI’s control.

CALINFI cannot predict or pre-pay customs duties on your behalf. If your shipment is held at customs, you will be contacted by the relevant authority or carrier. Failure to pay applicable duties may result in your shipment being returned or destroyed by customs, and CALINFI is not liable for costs associated with such outcomes.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority to understand applicable import requirements before placing your order.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. CALINFI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address as provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@calinfi.com. We will do our best to make corrections before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production and packing begins.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at hello@calinfi.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue. For shipments that appear lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
