Warranty support
for the fire ahead.

CALINFI products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against eligible manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims require an order number or proof of purchase.

If your product has been delivered and remains unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@calinfi.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos or video of the issue, and photos of the packaging condition. Depending on the issue, CALINFI may provide a replacement part, exchange, or refund.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic heat discoloration, tarnishing, patina, surface marks from normal wood-fire use, misuse, modification, improper storage, weather or water damage, incorrect fuel, accelerants, failure to follow the user manual, indoor or unventilated use, unsafe shelter setup, blocked chimney use, poor clearance, carbon monoxide safety failures, impact damage, or thermal shock.

Use ODUN only as an outdoor wood-burning appliance. Follow setup guidance, chimney and ventilation requirements, fireproof clearance, cleaning instructions, and carbon monoxide precautions.
