Shipping Policy

Shipping area

Our first paid preorder launch is planned for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. At launch, we do not ship preorder units to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.

Fulfillment

ODUN preorders are paid in full at checkout and reserve a place in the next production batch. After the batch is ready, eligible U.S. orders are planned to ship from a U.S. 3PL warehouse.

Estimated shipping

Estimated shipping is in 8–10 weeks after you place your order. This is an estimated shipping window, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will share production and fulfillment updates by email. If the estimate changes materially, CALINFI will provide an updated timeline and the cancellation or refund options required by the applicable policy.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout with launch subsidized standard shipping for the contiguous 48 states. Final checkout rates depend on product size, destination, carrier availability, and the shipping options available at checkout.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Duties / import fees

Eligible U.S. preorder orders are intended to ship domestically from our U.S. 3PL warehouse. No import duties should be due at delivery for eligible U.S. orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel a full-payment preorder for a full refund until your shipping label is created.

Delivery damage

If a package arrives damaged, keep the product and packaging and contact hello@calinfi.com within 14 days of delivery with photos or video so we can review the issue.
