Shipping area

Our first paid preorder launch is planned for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. At launch, we do not ship preorder units to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.

Fulfillment

ODUN preorder units reserve a place in the next production batch. After the batch is ready, eligible U.S. orders are planned to ship from a U.S. 3PL warehouse.

Estimated shipping / batch window

Estimated shipping/batch window: Q4. This is an estimated batch window, not a guaranteed delivery date. If the schedule changes materially, we will contact customers by email with updated timing and available options.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout with launch subsidized standard shipping for the contiguous 48 states. Final checkout rates depend on product size, destination, carrier availability, and the shipping options available at checkout.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Duties / import fees

Eligible U.S. preorder orders are intended to ship domestically from our U.S. 3PL warehouse. No import duties should be due at delivery for eligible U.S. orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until your shipping label is created. This applies to both 20% deposit and pay-in-full preorders.

Delivery damage

If a package arrives damaged, keep the product and packaging and contact hello@calinfi.com within 14 days of delivery with photos or video so we can review the issue.
