Pizza Peel Large

Pizza peels are designed for direct oven use. Handle with care around high heat, keep the working surface dry before launching pizza to prevent sticking, and allow the peel to cool before cleaning or storage.

Dust the peel lightly with flour or semolina before placing the dough on it. Once the ODUN oven has reached temperature (monitor with the built-in thermometer), slide the pizza onto the cordierite stone in one smooth motion. Use the peel again to rotate mid-cook if needed, and to retrieve the finished pizza.
