Preorder Terms

Some CALINFI products are sold as preorders. A preorder reserves your place in an upcoming ODUN production batch before the item is ready to ship.

Preorder options

  • 20% deposit — Pay 20% at checkout to reserve your unit. The remaining balance is collected when your fulfillment batch is ready.
  • Pay in full — Pay the full preorder amount at checkout. No remaining balance is due later.

Paying in full does not guarantee earlier shipment unless CALINFI separately confirms a priority fulfillment rule in writing.

Estimated shipping / batch window

Estimated shipping/batch window: Q4. This is an estimated batch window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production and fulfillment updates will be shared by email before shipment.

Cancellations and refunds before shipment

You can cancel your preorder for a full refund until your shipping label is created. This applies to both 20% deposit and pay-in-full preorders.

Shipping area

The first paid preorder launch is planned for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. At launch, preorder units are not planned to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.

Shipping charges, taxes, and import fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout with launch subsidized standard shipping for the contiguous 48 states. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Eligible U.S. preorder orders are intended to ship domestically from a U.S. 3PL warehouse after the batch is ready. No import duties should be due at delivery for eligible U.S. orders.

Safety and product use

ODUN is a wood-burning outdoor appliance. Use it only outdoors or in a properly ventilated stove-compatible shelter with the correct chimney setup, fireproof clearances, and carbon monoxide precautions. Always follow the user manual and safety instructions.
