Preorder Terms

Some CALINFI products are sold as preorders. A preorder reserves your place in the next ODUN production batch before the item is ready to ship.

Full payment preorder

Preorders are paid in full at checkout. The entire product amount is collected when you place the order. No additional payment is scheduled later.

Estimated shipping

Estimated shipping is in 8–10 weeks after you place your order. This is an estimated shipping window, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will share production and fulfillment updates by email before shipment. If the estimate changes materially, CALINFI will provide an updated timeline and the cancellation or refund options required by the applicable policy and law.

Cancellations and refunds before shipment

You can cancel your full-payment preorder for a full refund until your shipping label is created.

After a shipping label is created

Once your shipping label has been created, the order is moving into fulfillment and preorder cancellation may no longer be available. After delivery, an eligible unused return or a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item request is handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Shipping area

The first paid preorder launch is planned for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. At launch, preorder units are not planned to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.

Shipping charges, taxes, and import fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout with launch subsidized standard shipping for the contiguous 48 states. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Eligible U.S. preorder orders are intended to ship domestically from a U.S. 3PL warehouse. No import duties should be due at delivery for eligible U.S. orders.

Safety and product use

ODUN is a wood-burning outdoor appliance. Use it only outdoors or in a properly ventilated stove-compatible shelter with the correct chimney setup, fireproof clearances, and carbon monoxide precautions. Always follow the user manual and safety instructions.
