Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some CALINFI products may be offered through preorder or purchase option programs, including a 20% deposit option and a pay-in-full option. This policy explains how cancellation works for those purchase options.
Preorder purchase options
- 20% deposit — Pay 20% at checkout to reserve your unit. The remaining balance is collected when your fulfillment batch is ready.
- Pay in full — Pay the full preorder amount at checkout. No remaining balance is due later.
A preorder reserves your place in an upcoming ODUN production batch before the item is ready to ship.
Cancellation before shipment
You can cancel your preorder for a full refund until your shipping label is created. This applies to both 20% deposit and pay-in-full preorders.
After a shipping label is created
Once your shipping label has been created, the order is moving into fulfillment and the preorder cancellation option is no longer available. If you receive the product and want to return an unused item, the return may be handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Estimated batch window
Estimated shipping/batch window: Q4. This is an estimated batch window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production and fulfillment updates will be shared by email before shipment.
Shipping area and charges
The first paid preorder launch is planned for the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. At launch, preorder units are not planned to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.
Shipping is calculated at checkout with launch subsidized standard shipping for the contiguous 48 states. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.
